The Impact of “HUMAN by ShareGratitude” on Short-Term Staff Sickness Rates.
The study revealed financial savings due to a reduction in sickness hours, with a difference of 40.62% (16.44% increase vs 24.18% decrease) between the Control and Intervention Groups. The sickness rate reduction of 24.18% resulted in an estimated annualised saving of £40,961 for just the Intervention Group alone, and a projected estimated annual Trust-wide cost saving of £2.6m.
